Express Shipping

Regular Shipping
All orders are shipped as soon as payment is confirmed from our warehouse.
All orders should arrive at your door 14 - 17 days after shipment. If you are interested in our express shipping just
notify us by e-mail

You will find the price for shipping calculated by our shopping cart after filling out the order form. It usually averages between 10-15% of the total purchase amount based on value and weight.  To ascertain the total including shipping just fill out the order form, please note that your order will not be processed until you submit the order and you will have time to review the total before.
Please Note: There will be an extra shipping charge for any orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Those will have the choice between a post office or FedEx shipment.

Shipping to APO addresses
We cannot accept orders over 150$ USD to be delivered to APO addresses due to complications between the postal services and U.S. customs. We can ship the orders to family members in the United States of America and let them ship the parcel off to you via USPS services. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
If you need to return your item due to error, defects or damage during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials and submit a claim directly to Caplan-Duval via email at returns@caplanduval.com, or by filling out our RA form at http://www.caplanduval2000.com/custservice/rma.html. Please include all information used for this transaction, such as Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Invoice Number and Tracking Number.

Please also note all details regarding the problem with this parcel in your email. You will have no more than 14 days after delivery of the parcel according to the scans with FedEx to file your claim. Any claims after that time delay will be declined. Once processed we will gladly send out a replacement or refund your money.

If, for any other reason, you're not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly replace it or refund your money.
E-mail Us, within 14 days of delivery. If you request a refund, we will remit the full purchase price of the items you
return excluding shipping charges.

Please rest assured that all parcels have been insured and the claim process can take 2-6 weeks with FedEx in order to let them investigate properly
